Raven Room - Group Study

Located on the third floor, the Raven Room is available on a first come first served basis when not in use for programming or rental events.

Booking Information

  • Groups must book the room in person with the third floor reference desk at the time of use.
  • Advance reservations are not available.
  • There is a limit of 10 people for group study use.
  • Food is not allowed in this space.
  • Groups may book the room for one 90-minute period per day.
  • Library staff may extend a booking if another group is not waiting for the room, but the total usage time cannot exceed two hours. Extensions are at the discretion of library staff.
  • Only one representative from a group may book a room per day.

Non-Profit Use

The Raven Room is available once a month for non-profit organizations to use up to 2 hours free of charge. Fill out the application to see if you are eligible.
