Effective January 2020, borrowers will not be charged overdue fines for Anchorage Public Library items. We are excited to take this step to improve the library experience for our community.

Friends of the Library Book Sale, November 1-3
Join the Friends of the Library for the fall book sale at Loussac. Doors are open from 10am-4pm on Saturday and 1-5pm on Sunday. Members of the Friends get preview access on Friday from 6-8pm.

Chugiak-Eagle River Closure Update
On May 10 the Chugiak-Eagle River library was closed due to damage caused by the November 30 earthquake. The library will re-open on Tuesday, June 11th.
