This workshop is very basic and is meant for beginners to bookkeeping. It will go over the fundamentals of financial record keeping, in relation to real-time, automated, software such as QuickBooks Online, Sage “Peachtree”, Xero and others. Prior experience is not required. Topics include: Compliance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and reading financial reports. Forms and info to be discussed include IRS Forms 940, 941, 944, 583, W-2, W-4, and i-9.
This class is free of charge but pre-registration is required.
If you’re at least 70 1/2 years of age and need to take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from your IRA, you can instruct your advisor to make a gift directly from your IRA to a nonprofit charity.
