Meet and Greet with Goats at Chugiak-Eagle River
When: Thursday, June 18, 2026, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Where: Chugiak-Eagle River : ERTC Community Room
Meet and pet real goats from The Tiny Home(stead), a family farm in Chugiak, and learn about what it takes to raise animals and run a farm in Alaska. If the weather is unsafe for the goats, we'll meet in the ERTC Community Room for related farming activities!
Location: Outside at Eagle River Town Square Park across the street from the library.
Details: The goats can accommodate about 20 guests at a time. Sessions with the goats are limited and first-come, first serve; please see staff for a "boarding group" and wait for your turn.
Note: we anticipate this program will fill up quickly. Double-check your destination to arrive on time and enjoy the event.
