Stop by for some free build time -- bring your imagination!
Get creative and make a work of art! We'll have a specific technique to try but also a variety of art supplies to make whatever you want.
Do you need more information about Anchorage's public transit system? Let the library help!
We'll be hosting representatives from Anchorage People Mover to answer your questions about AnchorRIDES, People Mover, and any other transit programs you may have questions about.
Have a spinning wheel or drop spindle, and want to join other spinners for chat and sharing? Or perhaps you're just interested in trying it out? Come join us at the library near the front windows. If you want to give it a try but don't have equipment, please contact Nancy Clark ahead of time, and an extra wheel and fiber will be provided.
