Author & Illustrator Visit: Nathan Hale June 5-7

Anchorage Public Library is excited to host author and artist Nathan Hale for multiple talks and workshops June 5-7. Nathan Hale is the author and illustrator of the Eisner-nominated, New York Times bestselling graphic novel series on American history, Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales, as well as One Trick Pony, Rapunzel's Revenge, Calamity Jack, and many more. He'll be stopping by every APL branch for a talk and book signing, and will be doing two interactive workshops at the Loussac and Chugiak-Eagle River Libraries. What an awesome start to a rockin' summer of discovery!

Think With Comics Workshop
In this interactive workshop, kids will learn to draw and create their own comics. This event is limited to children and teens ages 8 to 15 - registration is required.
